Aerobics After 8 With The PNW Ballet: Session 3

Get the blood flowing and your legs lunging with this 80’s aerobics class, led by our friends at the Pacific Northwest Ballet. It’s 20 minutes of morning stretches, high kicks and bodacious jams – all before you’ve had your first cup of coffee. Leg warmers and leotards optional (but sooooo encouraged).
