Featured as part of Anastacia-Reneé’s immersive installation at the Frye Art Museum “(Don’t Be Absurd) Alice in Parts,” this video centers on Anastacia-Reneé’s fictional character, Alice Metropolis, who is depleted and failing at self-care while trying to “keep it moving” against the interlocking forms of oppression that relentlessly fracture her sense of self.
